| Specimen |
3 mL (1 mL min.) plasma from 1 Green Cap Yellow ring (Lithium Heparin) tube. Collect fasting specimen. Dissolve 75g Glucose in 300mL water. Administer orally over a period of 5 minutes. Collect post glucose sample exactly at 2 hours. Centrifuge the sample immediately after collection and refrigerate until handed over to logistics. |
